Could you tell me specific details about the rom and the AceKard please?

You just need a clean rom, apply this patch here, and a normal Acekard 2i (Not Acekard 2.1 !) with AKAIO 1.7.1. And like I said, disable cheats and soft reset, after that it should work like a charm.

I have re-tried entering a newly downloaded R4 Wood and Pokemon Game and turned off Safe-Reset and yet it doesn't work... Can I confirm the way to turn off the Soft-Reset is to press Y at the game and press Y at the Settings, press "R" and change Cheats and the option below it (Reset) to Off?

Yeah, REAL complicated. Downloading, copying and pasting is completely beyond me.

I think there isn't.

It isn't that complicated just search for it on google and you will know how to do it. I've got it working on wood v1.12 too

Did the following
1. Obtain and constantly re-checked R4 Wood 1.12 and installed it on R4 many times
Notes:
Had 2 files... 1 folder (think called rpg) and Menu File

2. Placed in the Game, non-patched (Clean), Patched and Unknown Status on my R4
Notes:
Many Sources...

3. Turned off "Reset in Game" in "Features" option
Notes:
Went to the Rom --> Y, Y again as it said Y = Settings, Features, Reset in Game --> Off

4. Formatted and did Step 1-3 again...

Result: White Screen of Doom...

Any Tips? This is desperate...
