Gaming Occassional Error Screen on Fire Emblem Fates?

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but here goes. I just hit Chapter 11 on Birthright and I've already had to restart the chapter twice because I get a error screen.

I'm currently running RX-E 10.5.0-30U. This happens to be the first game I've ever run on CFW, so I don't know if this is an issue of the game or the CFW. I played fine yesterday and the day before that. My save file already has 7 hours logged, so it could be Chapter-specific.

Is anyone else running into this issue?

EDIT: Okay, I tried to play again. Barely a minute into the chapter I got another error message.

Bad CIA / Dying SD (maybe fake?) / Dying SD slot

I doubt it's SD issues.

I'm fairly certain the issue is with the chapter now, for whatever reason. I played a good amount outside of that chapter. Then when I returned to the chapter I hit errors again.

I don't really know how saves are handled with cia's. Would I be fine if I get a new cia and reinstall it? Would my save still be there?
