Hacking [o3ds] How to install CIAs?

Hey, about to downgrade my o3ds from 10.3 to 9.2
All I want to do is install non-legit CIAs with as least fuss possible.
Anyone know how? (I don't have cubic ninja)
Also, how far can you update an emunand on o3ds?

So I can have 9.2 3ds with 10.3 emunand?
Also, how do I update emunand without accidently updating sysnand?
Need to do some research before I commit to this.

On o3ds you can set up rxtools, use it to inject fbi, then use fbi to install your cia files to the home menu.

While you can do this in your system's internal operating system (sysnand) you should only play with this kind of stuff on emulated operating system off your sd card (emunand)

That's actually covered in the tutorial the other guy just linked! If the web browser won't let you get into gateway menu, run gateway menu as a .3dsx from homebrew launcher
