Gaming o3ds doesnt turn on

Hi so my friend told me to hack his 4.2 3ds and install it the coldboot with rxtools after i installed sysupdater and updated to 9.0 the screen stays black but the power light is on can someone help me i don´t want to pay a hardmod or open it because i don´t know about these things

Try taking the battery out then reinsert and try to boot it up again. I just had the same problem and it worked

He updated with rxtools not in pasta mode, bricked, and now he needs a hardmod.
