I think everyone has to start somewhere and the level of hate in this thread is really poor form.

Its good to advise/criticize on technical aspects, especially if this does not properly validate backups. But its not good to shit on peoples efforts, even if they are not 'up to par' in your perspective. Not pointing fingers at anyone here, just saying guys, provide constructive criticism, advice, but try not to hate please.

I explained to one of them for 30min over at the libretro discord why they shouldn't do it.
At this point I don't feel like spending another 30min

Midstor is a meme, and sha1 is the OP (iirc).

I believe Midstor said many times not to make a temp post (because he knew this would happen) so not sure why it was made.

My message was definitely not directed toward you, except in the valid criticism aspect. You made a dilligent effort to advise on how to make the application better, as I've seen you do a multitude of times here and on discord.
