Thank you for such a nice gui!I can add that
I know exactly what you're referring to. I'll fix that!Thank you for such a nice gui!
Can you please resolve one lil' thing with the program interactions: when using DPad on main screen (play activity) for scrolling through the game list, and your cursor position is at the bottom on the current screen every next pressing the down must take us to the exactly next game (!), but for now it works more like a mouse wheel, so one must pressing the down button two or more times to reach the next game, so it's not fully articulate & clear. Veeery annoying.. ):
Sorry for my confused speech, please ask me more if it's not entirely clear.
Thanks blawar!Very nice job @tallbl0nde , we need more homebrew developers like you in the scene.
I've just released another update which now displays play activity by day, month and year (finally)! The app can also now override the User Page by toggling an option in the application's settings. Please see GitHub for everything else I've added/changed: https://github.com/tallbl0nde/NX-Activity-Log/releases/tag/v1.1.0
The guys at HAL and Nintendo could easily display actual play time if they wanted to fyi. They just don’t for whatever reason, and that was likely very intentional (as their current thing is probably technically more difficult to do than just displaying raw play time). Ninty is weird.https://careers.nintendo.com/job-openings/
They should hire you on the spot. Damn fine work, thank you.

¿?"Note that no support will be given by me for SX OS as I do not intend to run their CFW. I am happy to merge pull requests that fix bugs on SX OS should there be any, though."
You can be better than this, this is spreading political FUD. You are throwing unfounded shade on a CFW, for an issue that does not even exist and no one asked about. If you dislike SXOS so much, delete those sig patches you run that were stolen from them.
Yeah issues like this are going to be hard to debug as I can only test against my play log. Things such as the switch crashing while you're playing a game can mess up the time, although I thought I'd accounted for that.Wow nice. But something is not right.
My most played game ist Breath of the Wild. Ive got ~75h overall.
When I search recently played by year it has ~115h Breath of the Wild in 2017.
A "real" calender with better Overview(?(sorry dont know which word I can use here)) would also bei cool. But take your time.
Oh and If you click in a game in recently played, it doesnt Go into the detailed view.
Speaking of detailed view. Would be cool to see which date and time the game was played.
If possible.
Thanks again for this.
I only put that there on the off chance there is a big issue on SXOS. I'm not trying to exclude sxos users (otherwise I could just stop it launching altogether), I just simply do not wish to run their cfw on my switch to debug it."Note that no support will be given by me for SX OS as I do not intend to run their CFW. You got me thereWhat big issues with SX do you really forsee even *possibly* existing?

Not sure what you mean by the calendar thing, however I am planning to add some sort of calendar which will allow you to choose a specific day/month to view, as at the moment it's quite tedious to navigate.
Nothing's meant to happen just yet when tapping on the game, I've kind of hacked it together and just wanted to get it out before the holiday season because I'm probably going to work on it a lot less.
Finally, I'm also not sure what you mean with the time/date thing. As in it shows a list of times you played it? I was planning to show some sort of graph eventually.

Does that work if you're banned though? That could be handy for fixing how my algorithm calculates everything. For the record, you can get a pretty detailed play history if you enable parental controls, and use the NSO mobile app to log play history.
No worries, I understand what you mean. I'll add that along with a graph at some point which can be switched between I guessSpecific day/month is actually what I meant.
With time/date I meant, when you in a games detailed view. On the right hand side (which is currently empty) it would be nice to see the days you played the game, how often you played it and how long you played it on this day. Then right after the /ast day, it should show the day before, and so on.
In recently played you can already see specific days, but in detailed view it would make much more sense to see all the days you played this specific game on the right hand side.
Hope you get what I mean.
If not, I have to make a screenshot and edit the photo somehow.
Sorry, I can understand pretty much everything in english, but writing english, describe something, is still pretty hard for me.
I would guess probably not. But you may be able to read the data it logs even if you're banned. You'd have to enable parental controls to begin with though, which I'm pretty sure requires connecting online. Unless someone posts a dump of the file that contains the parental controls config that you can import.Does that work if you're banned though?
