Are you also including the content folder?
The only other thing I can think of is if your "Wii U Common Key" is correct.
Yes I am including the content folder. And the common key i've been using since the uwizard days so im pretty sure that's not the problem. I'm new to the whole cfw so i might have missed something. Do i need something other than mocha and rednand? I read somewhere about syconfigtool but im not sure what that is. Do I need that as well for sigpatches?

Hi I'm new to the Wiiu scene and would really appreciate any help. I've used the NUSPacker on a few Loadiine ready Games. Downloaded the code and meta folder from NJUSTOOL. The game packs fine but when installing on my wiiu it gives me a WUP not complete error and doesnt install. Im sing Mocha 0.2 cfw REDNAND with otp and seeprom redirection enabled. I tried using a Wiiuhelper download game and that installs fine. Im using the Wiiu common key for ecryptkeywith parameter. I've also read all the previos posts but theyre too technical for someone like me. If anyone can help me Id really appreciate it.
afaik most loadiine old dumps that were made with DDD are imcomplete and have a bad meta or whatever so you cant use nuspacker on them.

Yes I did read that. I downloaded the code and meta folders again using NJUSTOOL but they still refuse to install

I think I figured out the problem. Im gatting an invalid encryptKeWith error at the start of the applcation but ive checked the pastebin website and my wiiu common key matches. Do I need to add something else with the Wiiu common key?

Yes using the wiiu common key and have tried with both the common key in the txt file and using the command line.

im guessing your dump is imcomplete remenber manny ddd dumps lacked some files and still worked on loaddine becuase loadiine doesnt need all the files.

If I recall that was the case with the code and meta folder, but oh well. Guess Have to restart from zero.

Please copy and paste the exact command you're entering (use x's instead of the key), and the error messages you're getting back. Confirm that your encryptKeyWith file is exactly 32 bytes, and that there is no extension like .txt on that file name.

Thx alot for your help man!!
I was being an idiot and had not removed the extension from encryptkeywith file.
Just converted Xenoblade X and everything is working fine now.

Can anyone help me? I downloaded the file from that bucket site, is a java file, but when i click to open it, it never opens. I'm sure i have my java installed as tested at the website.

You have to open a command prompt at the directory that contains your nuspacker.jar, and follow the instructions from the OP.
In most cases the following command will be totally fine. (make sure to have a valid app.xml)
Code:
java -jar NUSPacker.jar -in "inputDir" -out "outputDir"
Without common key stored in file.
Code:
java -jar NUSPacker.jar -in "inputDir" -out "outputDir" -encryptKeyWith 12345678123456781234567812345678

I can't for the life of me get this to work. There's no error message or anything. It lists out a load of "set content to 000000X" followed by a a directory. I've tried this with three different games to no avail. It creates an "output" and "tmp" folder, but they're always empty.

Here's my .BAT :

Code:
java -jar NUSPacker.jar -in "C:\Users\Flappy\Desktop\[00050000101C9500]The_Legend_of_Zelda_Breath_of_the_Wild_FULL" -out "C:\Users\Flappy\Desktop\[00050000101C9500]The_Legend_of_Zelda_Breath_of_the_Wild_FULL" -encryptKeyWith XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

* X represents the common key

Any ideas? I'm using v0.3. It also might be worth mentioning that I renamed two of the folders (for an "undub"), but I don't think that would matter much as people have used this tool in order to make VC injects, so idk.

UPDATE: I used the >log.txt parameter and it shows that it just stops at "Generating the FST."

Have you used a different folder for output?

When the program stops, do you mean you get get the command prompt back, or that it appears to hang? If it hangs, is it using any CPU time in task manager?

I've discovered the origin of the problem. There cannot be any other file or folder in the directory with "code", "content" and "meta", or else the program fails. Really weird error. The CMD would simply close as if were done, no hanging. Might be something @timogus would fix v0.4. Thanks for the help, anyhow.

No Problem. If you have extra files, you should have gotten a message about there not being a rule for them. The program can't tell the difference between an extra file that shouldn't be there, and a necessary file that you didn't set a rule for. But yeah, it could provide a more understandable message like "Every other package since the creation of man only has code/content/meta. What makes you so special?" would be nice.

OK, now I have a completely unrelated problem.

BotW from JNUSTool:

9.82 GB in 260 files
. Installs perfectly.

BotW, the above .app files decrypted with Cdecrypt with two folders renamed, then repacked with NUSPacker:

9.79 GB in 27 files
. Fails to install, error code 0xFFFBFFFB.

I don't understand why this is so. The 0000000A.app, 0000000B.app, 0000000C.app and 0000000D.app contain almost all the data, being around 3GBs each, but this isn't so in the real files. As I said, the only thing I changed are the names of two folders, so there shouldn't be a huge difference. It's always possible that Cdecrypt is spitting up wrong "meta", "code" and "content" folders from the JNUSTool files, and it's not NUSPacker's fault.
