Hardware NUS downloader won't execute

Anybody have ay idea why the NUS downloader won't execute?


I get the icon on my desktop but when i click on it it says 'The application fails to intialize properly'

Tried 1.2 as well but same thing.

You need .NET framework 2.0 for it to work
