Either read the error message closely (common key) and understand it (in hex as .bin file) or use a more modern tool like Wii U Downloader.

Then you will still need the key file. Whether it's a default system app or not we cannot provide it as it is copywritten content.

Get "trucha signer" (ok, easier said than done lol) or "wiiscrubber", they generally come with a program that will create it for you
