well anyway.... gotta try more to get it working..

i guess NTR did not boot correctly.
CIA install - done
but i can't use the plugin menu (using Select) or is that menu gone for good in that release?
the CIA installation says success but i doubt it worked because my PC says that my 3DS does not want to let my pc connect....
You need press x+y to use the plugin menu

Asegúrate de tratar de conectar la 3DS mientras estás en el menú home y que estás arrancando el ntrclient.exe con permisos de administrador. Y por pupuesto debes haber arrancando el Debugger desde el menú de NTR primero.

Make sure to try to connect the 3DS while in home menu without other program runnung and run the ntrclient.exe with admin permissions.
Eso mismo he hecho. He arrancado el debugger desde el menú de NTR, y todo lo demás abierto en el PC en modo admin. Aun así, sigue diciendo que el equipo deniega explicitamente el acceso.
Probaré de nuevo, igualmente.
That's what I did. I started debugger from NTR menu, and everything else opned with admin permissions. Even that way, it still get the error. I'll try again.

BTW, it's possible to increase the windows' size of ntr viewer ? I want a FullScreen xD
play with the NTRViewer.exe command line parameter, e.g.:
NTRViewer.exe -l 1 -t 2.0 -b 2.0
-l defines the layout, 1 means up and down layout
-t and -b defines the zoom factor, 2.0 means 2x zoom

You don't need to enter the plugin menu (not sure if it still exists in the latest versions anyway), you just need to select "enable debugging" at the NTR menu.
oh .. maybe i m dumb but .... ntr menu? how to access it ... i just can use the NTR Install CIA file.
it will just boot up and says press Home to get back into the Home Menu

"NTR CFW loaded successfully. Press Home button to return to the menu."

edit.. oh well forget about it ... just pressed Y ... ^^'

I've tested this and works pretty smoothly, I tried streamng with both computer and 3DS next to the router and the result is impressing. Also noticed that after loading my savefile of Alpha Saphire the game seems to hang at a black screen.
I left the 3DS around 10 minutes just in case it was a crazy fps drop but returning to homemenu inmediately fixes the black screen so I suppose is something specific to Pokemon buffer (I heard time ago from @Reisyukaku back in the day when Reinand supported screenshots that Pokemon used different offsets?)
I'm assuming it's because the frames are captured and sent via NTR CFW whereas the offset fixes are applied when frames are taken with ReiNAND, which is a separate process from NTR's frame capture. I've also noticed loss in performance when launching games, and immediate recovery when returning to the Home Menu.

Mine works for like 5 seconds and then says this in NTR Debugger:
"Unable to read data from the transport connection: A blocking operation was interrupted by a call to WSACancelBlockingCall.
Server disconnected."

Is there any way to fix this? I've tried unblocking TCP ports 8000 and 8001 since it appears to use those, I might be wrong.

That's intentional, NTR Debugger disconnects after the stream is started, as mentioned in the window "Will be disconnected in 10 seconds to enhance performance."
The stream should not be affected by that.

Try this:

That's completely wrong. It's just connect('3ds ip',8000) then remoteplay()
There is only one IP you enter.

At least I make it work. It works fin, and I used connect('192.168.x.xxx', 8000) to do it. Not that bad with MH4U, but the bottom screen is really slow.

Do you happen to have one of my modified patches installed that enabled n3DS clock speeds? I've noticed all the games I've enabled n3DS clock speeds via patch don't work with video streaming. :(
