The plugin development has been completely dropped by my part because of the Sun/Moon ban keeps me incapable of creating a new NNID, thus making me incapable of updating the game. But as I mentioned before I can keep updating the plugin offsets so it can work on the newer updates if anyone send me a RAM dump of the game. If anybody is interested just send me a private message and I can provide further instructions.

I have plugins installed to the game through ntr cfw, I do get the blue flash on ntr (3.6) and I do get the green flash when opening pokemon shuffle. However when I go to open the ntr menu and tap "game plugins" they do show up and I can select them, but the game just freezes for a little bit before I just press b to go back to the game, but they don't seem to change anything at all in the game (like they're supposed to make the coin shop free and all power ups free) am i missing something? Is it not registering when I put my plugins in or something else?
