ROM Hack NTR Plugin for Red & Blue?

I don't see any posted here, but was wandering if someone found or made ones for these two games. I am going through a replay from the beginning to try and reclaim lost data. I can use my original cart with a game genie (ewww) but i would prefer to just run though these two on the 3ds. As i found the Yellow NTR Plugin.. (if i'm not mistaken i can use pk bank to take these Pokemon to sumo right) Guess ill have to give Nintendo more money

I found that plugin as well, however it appears it doesn't work anymore. Walk through walls, infinite money do nothing.
I'm new into the NTR plugin world, so I could be doing something wrong, but I can get other games to work with their plugins.
