...... I said speedfly or ioritree 's plg.... this is a plg batch copy tool.
it detect the offset and extract the id, and copy the plg into different folders.

pokemon plg is a specific plg....

i cant say all of them. but 95% cheat are providing by one of those two.

their cheats are like the user.dat on nds. but not that convenient.
It stored all the cheats, but read separate plg file
that's why we need the batch copy tool
