Hacking Ntr fw9.2

Hey guys, I have n3ds with 9.2 fw all works fine but some games want to update 9.9 for example terraria.
I use only NTR CFW

It should, sky3ds+ emulates a cartridge, since the cheat.plg is inside of the right folder with the title ID of the emulated cartridge
