Hello. I have an NTFS formatted drive (a 2 tb Elements 25A2) that is not showing up in WiiFlow nor YAWM. It's plugged into the right usb slot, and works with other devices. What's the issue?

Not sure what drive/system details I need to share honestly

I wouldn't recommend CFG Loader, best to stick with USB Loader GX.
I don't like it, and CFG Loader still gets updates. I changed from USB Loader GX to CFG Loader a long time ago, and never looked back. It has a ton more features than USB Loader GX had (at least at the time, it might be catching up now though).

And I can't stand the way USB Loader GX is trying to be a Wii Home Menu clone, it comes off as very stiff and a bit cringe.

It isn't with the loader, i think. YAWM doesn't acknowledge it either.
You'll also want to make sure the drive is getting enough power, as the Wii's USB ports are pathetic at powering up harddrives with spinning platters. Either power the drive externally, use a Y-cable to power it from both ports, or change to an SSD. Those are the best options as of now.

Me personally, I use a 256GB Samsung BAR USB stick, and have had no issues, since the Wii only reads from it.

Not everything supports ntfs. For example wad managers don't iirc. Usb loaders do but you must be running a cios that supports it. So that might mean changing GX's start up ios from 58 to 249 or something. If adjusting these settings is failing to be saved, try redownloading gx from the official github or modmii (the meta that's bundled with it at oscwii.org has some issues). Also you should confirm your softmods and apps are up to date https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/
