Hacking Question NSPs not working after EmuMMC set up?

So I had a CFWd switch; I made a partition based EmuMMC and then restored my clean SysNAND backup. The EmuMMC works fine now except that all of my installed NSPs don't work (they say they need to be re-downloaded). Would this be fixed if I restored my CFW NAND backup to my EmuMMC somehow? How could this be done?

Did you remember to move the contents of your Nintendo folder to the emuMMC folder so that your emuMMC can see it? The location of this folder will be in the emuMMC.ini file.
