ROM Hack NSPs Freezing & Corrupting

Latest atmosphere 0.8.2 loading on 5.1 firmware, NS-Atmosphere Hekate 4.5 loader. No custom config.

I'm noticing more and more of the XCI files I am converting to NSP and loading to the card via USB launch, then freeze somewhere during the loading process, locking up the switch, and then corrupting the entire software.

Something I am doing wrong? Card has plenty of room and I've kept it at Fat32 to prevent this sort of thing.

SD card I use exFAT and I let the Switch format it. Second I wouldn't bother trying to convert XCIs as a majority have already been converted to NSP. Also there's no point in stay on FW 5.1. Just go to 6.2 as you are less likely to have issues with games.
