NS-USBloader is:
  • A PC-side installer for Adubbz/TinFoil (v0.2.1), Huntereb/Awoo-Installer (USB and Network supported) and XorTroll/GoldLeaf (USB) NSP installer. Replacement for default usb_install_pc.py, remote_install_pc.py, GoldTree/Quark.
  • This application also could be used as RCM payload on Windows, MacOS and Linux (supported arch: x86, x86_64).
  • And of course it's a tool for split files!
  • And also for merging split-files into one :)

Supports:
  • Awoo installer
  • TinFoil - both USB and Net methods (developed by Adubbz, 0.2.1)
  • GoldLeaf v0.8-0.9 (since NS-USBloader v1.0+)
  • GoldLeaf v0.7.x (since NS-USBloader v0.7+)
  • GoldLeaf v0.6.1 (NS-USBloader v0.6)
  • GoldLeaf v0.5 (NS-USBloader v0.4 - v0.5.2, v0.8+)
  • GoldLeaf v0.10 (NS-USBloader v6.0)

Features:
  • Multiple file selection
  • GUI
  • Linux, Windows, MacOS support.
Requirements:
  • Java JRE/JDK 11+ or higher for mac and linux
Known bugs:
  1. In some moments you can't interrupt file(s) transmission from application side if using Tinfoil/Net-install.

Well, this is it.. I don't know what else to say. I'm newbie in GBAtemp. Sorry if I missed something

Last edited by developer_su,
Yeah, no python.. I had some issues with python uploaders on my Gentoo linux machine so I decided to find workaround.
Actually the problem was in broken TinFoil, but I realized that after finished first release.

e: saw someone had the same issue on github (I'm on mac too). I tried the kextstat command you suggested in your most recent reply, it didn't show anything new after connecting the switch.

nice work and in before someone complains about why write another USB loader (like lots did when Lithium was announced).

it is good to have variety and choice.
