Hacking NS atmosphere dongle

Need little of your help please.

I just received the dongle above with aliexpress.

Is there some tutorial or guide to follow step by step here to let it work? (noob)

And can someone let me know what are the pro & cons from this dongle?

Well, there is at least one flaw, i had to disassemble my dongle, because the reset button lifted itself up into an angle and i only noticed that when i opened it, i had to Manual press it down and then press reset twice to make it work.

I got some big metal thing from my dad. It has 4 wheels under it, a round wheel thing inside and a couple of seats in it.

Any clue how I'm supposed to use this thing? A lengthy detailed explanation on how internal combustion engines work will be required. Also, feed me 'nanners.
