I have now installed A9LH now what?
do whatever, install freeshop, mess with ctrnand as much as you want and restore a nand backups via a9lh if anything goes wrong.
that is what I did.
Now, whatever you want.
make sure you can chainload hourglass9/decrypt9
edit: you probably already have that setup, nvm
Update to the latest luma nightly https://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/builds/Luma-5d868284.zip (copy arm9loaderhax.bin to root of sd) and then copy it to the root of your ctrnand with godmode9.
Ok Will Do
That will allow you to boot your a9lhed 3ds without a sd card in case the sd card breaks or thing. (So you can still play cartridges)
wait, what? you can do that? do you need to have Aurora wright a9lh to do it?
Update to the latest a9lh (https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Updating-A9LH) then download latest luma nightly (https://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/builds/Luma-5d868284.zip) Put arm9loaderhax.bin in a folder (the 3ds one is best) Open godmode9 and copy arm9loaderhax.bin from the 3ds folder to the root of sysnand ctrnand. If you have a patched homemenu/NS module install a clean one. Take out sd and boot.
Pardon me, but aren't the Luma nightlies broken on 11.2?
The latest fixed that. https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/commit/5d868284c69a86413e3f1f019578130ca9d14d3a

Did you do it?
I don't know, the newest a9lh payloads are on the guide, but the guide still says the 3ds won't boot without the sd card in.
It says that because it is waiting for the latest luma stable to come out with support. It works trust me. (I have been using it)
Do that but download the latest release of a9lh.
I did this but it still won't boot without an SD. Any help?
I am just going to stick with ShadowNAND. Not that I don't trust anyone, it is just what is proven to work for me.
What do you mean? Is it like you normally boot without sd card after installing a9lh? Or does it turn on but your not booted into sysnand? If it the last one make sure you turn on autoboot sysnand by holding select while booting)
I have A9LH v2 and I copied arm9loaderhax.bin to the NAND root with Godmode9 but it acts like it normally does and doesn't turn on without the SD card.
That's all you got to do to boot without an SD card? wouldn't you need to install a different stage1/2?
Brick it and buy a new one.
