So today I went to freeshop and started downloading some games. I come back later to find that it froze so I turned my 2ds off and back on ans when I went to freeshop it crashed so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still didn't work and I tried everything that the forums said to do but nothing works so then I went to fbi and the titledb, updating, and downloading with qr codes don't work so then I tried to update my system..... didn't work. So now I come here asking for help cause I have nowhere else to go>
