Hacking 'Nother USB Configurable Loader Problem

The loader can't find the sd card to get the config file from. The Wii obviously had to read from the SD card to load the loader, but when the loader has loaded, it can't find the SD card. (Actually, it complains sd:/usb-loader is not accessible, while I know that is on the SD card, and the sd card is not locked.
I'm Running the latest loader 61b5

bump and I reformatted the sd card & NTFS partition. didn't help.

Try v61b8 or v60
Does it work with any of those?
