Hacking Not seeing all WADs in emunand (neek2o rev 80)

I may have gone over the 48 channel limit a couple of times by accident on my emunand and so I deleted a few WADs (using ShowMiiWads-Mod 1.0) to bring the number back down, but now I still can't see some of the WADs in the Channel Menu? Is there a way to reset or re-align the view so I can get these to show?
