Hacking Not losing pokemon Y save Sky3DS

So i got Sky3DS with pokemon Y and i spent some time on it.
I want to install a private header so i could go online.
I read that when i install the private header I will lose my pokemon Y save file.
I have Ninjhax Homebrew.
Is there anyway i can save my pokemon Y save from erasing?

You can dump your save from your illegal copy and then import it on your private header copy if that actually happens, but I don't know why it would happen.

yes.... export the save with svdt first.
then rewrite the game with new private header and import the save back

For some reason my ironfall hombre doesn't work.
If I create back up save for pokemon Y with disk writer, delete it, inject the private header, use online to install Ninjhax with cubic ninja downloaded to sky3ds, return to old template, get pokemon Y back and restore save, back up save with svdt using cubic ninja homebrew, and than using the new private header all the time.
Its kinda complicated but i wanted to know if you think this can work.

Why inject the private header just to install Ninjhax then revert it?
All you should have to do is:
1. Get Cubic Ninja on your Sky3DS cart
2. Install ninjhax2 from http://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/ and put svdt on SD card
3. Launch ninjhax and backup your save with svdt
4. Delete the Y ROM and write it with the new template with your private header injected
5. Restore save with svdt

...... it doesn't make sense at all.....
cubic ninja doesn't have any online server to connect, is not possible to get banned

No. It only connects to smealum's server, not to Nintendo's servers.

Pokémon is CARD2 save type, so save files are appended directly to the rom itself.
At least I believe that's how it works. Might be wrong.

Because the encryption is tied to the header and DiskWriter save backups are encrypted.

i backed up my save with svdt.
now i put pokemon Y again on my sky3ds.
if im gonna open pokemon Y with svdt wont it back up the save with nothing on it?
if not how do i restore the save from svdt to my game?

why would svdt automatically back something up without you explicitly making it do it

Because that's how svdt works.

Unless you specifically tell it not to automatically backup save file on startup, it will do it.
