Apple not all photos syncing to photo stream folder

I just got a brand new laptop with Windows 7 and newewst iTunes installed

I got a iPhone 4S with iOS 5.1 and iCloud enabled and 369 photo's in my photostream

I installed iCloud Control Panel for PC, and signed in and enabled photostream

My photostream folder pictures started to populate, good!

Then it stopped populating at 176 pictures (but I got 369 on photostream).

Why arent they all appearing?

Well, I keeped my Wi-Fi on the whole night. That seemed to work.

Photo Stream works with an internet connection. Yours might be faster/slower.

My wifi is on all the time lol, also as soon as I instelld iCloud control panel and enabled photostream, within about 30seconds, photo's started loading, about 10-20min later it stopped at 176 photo's.... and I got a Fiber 12mbps connection. that is pretty fast 0_o

But photo stream isn't really related to iCloud... Is it?

My photo stream album on my PC isn't directly linked with iCloud.

actually it is, you need iCloud control panel in order to enable photostream and let all your picures on your photostream album to go on your pc via wifi
