Hardware not able to play pal games in wii

hi guys i'm posting this thread cause i've been at it for 2 days and can't seem to make my pal games work on a wii,the wii is an american one with 4.3U version i have updated my ios to 250 and also put it in the settings of the game and still nothing, i don't know if i'm able i also forced the game to ntsc and still not able, i have done the following
updated the usb loader
reinstalled the d2x ver 10 base 57 ios 250, same for 246 and 249
i have used pimpmywii
forced the games to ntsc and put the ios 250
and still gives me black screen on my pal games
anyone have any other ideas?
am I missing something?

my wii is an american one with 4.3U version
