if you have a9lh, yes

You'll need another hacked 3DS or to solder a few wires to your 3DS. I would personally buy a 2DS, hack it, hack your other 3DS with it, then sell it on eBay for a profit.
If you're unable/unwilling to do either of those things, you're out of luck.
