in that case you can useMulti-Mod-Manager to install the wad's![]()

Just don't update. If you are using the disc, block updates with Priiloader and install IOS56 (you can get it from ModMii). If you are using a backup loader then you don't need to do anything.Ok, I have SM 4.1U, HBC installed, and BootMii as boot2. How can I safely upgrade to 4.3U so I can play Skyward Sword without losing BootMii or HBC?

those are patched system menu IOSs, not 100% necessary, but it will protect newer wii's from bricking in the event of being downgraded. It will also protect region changed korean wii's from updating to 4.2/4.3

Yes, but better.those are patched system menu IOSs, not 100% necessary, but it will protect newer wii's from bricking in the event of being downgraded. It will also protect region changed korean wii's from updating to 4.2/4.3

You won't brick from downgrading a new Wii or from updating a region-changed Korean Wii.Yes, but better.those are patched system menu IOSs, not 100% necessary, but it will protect newer wii's from bricking in the event of being downgraded. Hey guys, trying to follow forum rules by posting in here instead of creating a new thread. Interested in seeing which one gets quicker response.
I'm new to Wii hacking, but not hacking in general. I've hacked almost everything under the sun (PSP, Android, iPhone, PS2, XBOX, 360, etc etc etc). I should point out that my Wii has been hacked, and is running Homebrew Channel.
I'm having a hard time finding good documentation on just what does what with these Wii hacks. I want to take my Wii to the next level before I give up and put it in a box somewhere.
Could I get a tl;dr version of some of this stuff? Thanks!
nand - basically what everything you do on your Wii is it's nandyou can back it up and use with neek2o and it'll look the same. Neek2o does not require cIOS and runs games with original IOS intended by nintendo.
cIOS - Custiom IOS; daveboel d2x are the latest and best
UNEEK +DI - lookup neek2o as neek2o is the basically the same as uneek+di but supports the formats as usb loaders do off real nand.
modmii - A great tool that is pretty much idiot proof can even setup neek2o for youPlease donate it's really great.
SNEEK -
I would also like to find out information on playing games that are stored on my NAS, and what I need to run a VC app i've downloaded.
I realize this is a bunch, and don't expect one person to answer all. Thanks a lot guys!

no, u can have other files saved on it, fat32 works best though, ntfs isn't supported in all apps, but it's good enough to run a usb-loader
