I followed some guide to migrate from sx os and install atmosphere.

I stopped using my switch for a minute then turned it on again so I have no recollection of what I did exactly.

I think it was this one: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-from-sx-os-to-atmosphere.533337/

I am fine with saying goodbye to the XCIs but I want to get the saves first and transfer over to the NSPs.

The problem is that I can’t use homebrew launcher properly. I am met with an error code when trying to launch most applications. See the attached picture with the error screen. Only the AIO updater launches so far out of the few i clicked and that has some other error after installation. I don’t want to install new NSPs yet as I’m not sure which mode to be in.

The current version says 13.0.0|AMS 1.1.1|E. The stock fw says 13.0.0. This is the original/first switch.

Also can someone explain the boot options on Atmosphere. On SX it was just boot cfw and boot ofw?
What are the differences (on the hekate v5.6.3 boot loader) between Atmos FSS0 EmuMMC, Atmos FSS0 SYS, Stock SYS, launching from fusee.bin payload, and launching using the emuMMC button?

Any and all help is appreciate. Not sure how to go about getting back to a clean cfw setup. I feel like I have a lot of unnecessary files too.

TLDR; All I really want is to get the saves of the XCIs and import them to the NSPs on my 13.0.0 switch but the homebrew channel gives this error (see attached) upon launching applications like checkpoint. If possible I’d like to do a fresh system reset to remove all cfw files and go back to stock then reinstall a clean install on fw13.0.0 of atmosphere with the imported saves.

It says it’s outdated and provides a link to https://rentry.co/SwitchHackingIsEasy. Thats the one I use as well.

No need. You can install XCI on Atmosphere as well as NSP…just can’t mount XCI like a game cart…have to actually do an install…but it works without any issues.

Install JKSV to manage all your game save needs. Export, import, you name it. JKSV does it all.

The attached picture seems to indicate Themes are installed…strange. Regardless, please move /atmosphere/contents to /atmosphere/contents.bak and see if that fixes your issue.

A good enough vintage. No need to upgrade further until; a game requires it, unless you MUST have Groups (not worth it IMO.)

What are the differences (on the hekate v5.6.3 boot loader) between

Atmos FSS0 EmuMMC,
Hekate boot (fss0) Atmosphere CFW on EmuNand
Atmos FSS0 SYS,
Hekate boot (fss0) Atmosphere CFW on SysNand
Stock SYS
no CFW on SysNand
, launching from fusee.bin payload, and launching using the emuMMC button?
if you followed the guide you should only have 2 entries. Please post your /bootloader/hekate_ipl.ini.

You can always safely reinstall by moving /atmosphere to /atmospher.bak and then move /bootloader to /bootloader.bak

Open up https://rentry.org/SwitchHackingIsEasy and read read read And yiu should be good to go.
