Unless you've opened your switch and messed around with things, it's likely not the actual antennas that have been damaged. Those don't usually break, the main culprit is the wifi chip under the NAND, it requires very precise microsoldering to replace. If you don't have the skills take it to a professional, or just buy a new switch
