Hacking No USB option in molecular shell

I'm fresh into the Vita scene and just getting my head round Henkaku and molecular shell. I'm trying to transfer some content to my Vita over USB but when I go to the Start menu in molecular shell, there is no option to switch to USB. Am I missing something obvious?

FTP over Vitashell install that Molecular shell doesn't have a USB option

ftp isn't connecting. using FileZilla like always.can u just dl vitashell vpk via vita's Henkaku "Content Downloader"...? i tried,didn't work. i know there's a plugin but its on my memory card which my Vita won't let me use without updating my system. and why the heck is it demanding an update? my system is 3.60 but spoofing is enabled. my guess is its detecting a version(like 3.73) on the VitaShell on my card....?
