Gaming No throtlling on Youtube

My internet connection has put a bandwidth or speed limit of 512Kbps on all website except Youtube. Now you tell me guys, is it logical to do so?
Who disagrees with me that the most addictive website on the Internet that consumes huge amounts of bandwidth is none but Youtube (u may say facebook but it doesnt consume too much and besides some videos link to youtube within)

Now the real question is, any way to exploit this? i get like 200 KBs sometimes so worth downloading "repacks"

To me it sounds like a QoS policy. Streamed media doesn't have a limit because if it did, you'd have to wait ages for the buffer to load before being able to play the videos.

YouTube videos are very low quality anyway.
