Why is there no support for the M3 Lite Perfect on here ever?

Does anyone know where i can go with questions to receive knowledgeable answers?
or someone who actually owns a M3 Lite Perfect who is knowledgeable ?

there is support, this is the m3 section
ask away or the gba section also but not sure if it has as much people in there
