Hacking No internet

Hi,

I need to soft mod a wii, but they are in software 3.1E and they dont have internet! I have installed Homebrew Channel, BakcupLauncher 0.3Gamma .wad, Cios_fix.wad, Ios 16 .wad and ios 36 .wad! But they dont have internet so now cant i install cios 249. Is there a solution

I know it, but there was a other solution, that i got from my freind google. So i used that but didn't work.

That's the solution from WiiGator himself, and nobody complained before that the offline installation of the cIOS doesn't work.
