Homebrew "No Copy Flag" auf V4.0E

So have the following problem ...
Previously, I had V3.2E... There the "No copy Flag" was still working in the Backup Launcher ...
And yesterday I have updated on V4.0E ... and now it works no more ...

Is there a "No Copy flag" for V4.0E?

Edit: I've heard that there is a StartPatch Patch....

PLS help me....

If theres one that works it will be in startpatch/preloader, some hacks still don't work though (i.e region free SD menu doesn't seem to work properly)

I hear the NoCopy from preloader hack doesnt work 100%, but if its 100% complete savegames youre looking for, wiisaves.com has plenty of em.
