Hello, I have downloaded this and are using it with USB Loader GX and I was wondering...

...for downloading the BIOS, what do you mean by game's root? Do you mean the root of the Sd Card/USB, the games folder, or the folder of the actual game? I really want the bios (not only for nostalgia, but for formatting corrupted virtual memory cards without having to go to melee) but am counfused on where I should put the file. If you could reply to this, it would greatly help me.

Thanks!
the roo of sd or usb depending if you have your isos on the hdd or sd card.

here's an idea to try for usbloader gx:
edit it's meta.xml in it's app folder on SD. why SD? because you said the forwarder works on SD.
look for these lines in the meta.xml:

<!-- // remove this line to enable arguments
<arguments>
<arg>--ios=250</arg>
<arg>--usbport=0</arg>
<arg>--mountusb=1</arg>
</arguments>
// remove this line to enable arguments -->

remove the two lines that say remove and set the ios=251 and save it.
now when you run usbloader gx via the forwarder it will read the args and use them. plus you will have to go in usbloader gx custom paths and change them to USB and change the global IOS to 251 as i mention before.

Actually I got it working completely on beta52 with everything on the SD card. doing the above worked, also changing these 2 settings in GXGlobal.cfg: LoaderIOS = 251; cios = 251

And beta52 with everything on the SD card for wiiflow as well. I'm going to update my previous post

You mean you got the two drives setting working for USBLGX? :bow:

Instead you really should write a tutorial here as this is everything that many users want and no one is seeing it here, hidden on page 1848 in the Nintendont thread. :P
Also I would really appreciate a clean tutorial for the two drives setup and you could become a gbatemp hero for doing it. :grog:

for usbloader gx, I can't get it to reliably work for some reason.... so I gave up for now.

But nomelas its a bit hard to follow you with jumping from wiiflow to gx loader and back.
But where is the problem curently with gx loader, is it that you cant acces front connected hdd as before or what hapends when you try? Great if we can izolate the issues.

for wiiflow: https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/page-1846#post-7441189

I'm not able to test both in the back ports, but you can give it a try.

for usbloader gx, I've only focused on getting it to work with the wiiu drive in the back and the vwii drive in the front. Sometimes the drive gets initialized but most of the time it doesn't.... i really don't understand. I've tried playing around with different port combo settings and cios settings and it would work once, but then not again.

i've an issue with rogue squadron 2, it always shows the mission videos as black squares, any solution to this? sometimes they show up and play for a min or two and then freeze.

you sure you have a full md5 checked iso isntead of a badly compressed rom? also make sure your not using any settings the game might not like, it would be better if you took a picture of your nintendont settings.

Where do I have to put my IPL to? Because Nintendont doesnt use it. Allthough I've dropped it in the root of the USB Device and in the [games] folder.

are they named correctly? also wiiu wont use the pal one only ntsc so if your booting pal games on vwii you will never see it.

WHAAAT :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
That suuuucks. Why is that? So also a NTSC ipl wont help? ...sad...wanted to feel the intro. after all these years...well.

Hello I would like to have a nice experience with my controller. I hate how the X, Circle, Triangle, and Square are optimized on my DS4.

I like it like this.

X = A
Circle = B
Square = X
Triangle = Y

Please if anyone can edit the controller configs for DS4 and recompile it for vWii.

Thank you!

obviously ntsc bios cant launch pal isos lol if you launch an ntsc game it will run the ntsc bios, the vwii does not like the pal bios videomode and breaks the screen into 3 diferent images and bluriness.

you can just change it yourself.. all you need is having windows and notepad, go to controller folder on nintendont and find the ps4 ini file open it with notepad change the stuff you want and then save it and rename it to controller.ini then place it on the root where you have your isos.

Well but I don't even get to see any blurryness or something like that. It straigt boots the game without anything.
