Its on Wii (PAL). Just now I got this error on NBA Street too (All GC games are NTSC)

maybe try turning cheats off, altough it shouldnt matter tough, when error has ocurred its usualy nintendont not getting the data fast enough from the hdd maybe the cheats is trying to do something wierd? or your hdd just craps out? try with cheats off first.

I did now with cheats off. Same... Nba Street stucks at intro with this error. Fast enough? I use this HDD a year at least and never had this.

use another hdd or usb? since that error is usualy replated with nintendont not getting the data it needs on time, if you have an sd card or atleast a flash drive or hdd try it on them.

Trying now with Corsair Flash Voyager. I turned on Wii and got message "The system files are corrupted. Please refer to the Wii Operations Manual for help troubleshooting."

well syscheck shows your system info, also if you didnt installed anything and this started happening then it could be an hardware issue and your wii is starting to die wich wouldnt be the first.

Try re-modding it with mod mii like I suggested.
It should help you install the proper cIOS on the proper slots.
BTW, you could try using d2x beta52 instead of 53.
(I think mod mii builds that one by default?)

I don't see anything wrong with your report. Check the discs with the tool in my signature. If it says "found" then they're good images. If redump is still down then download the dat file I attached. From Run in Windows type "%appdata%" and make a folder called "GCVerify" and put the gc.dat in it.

Nothing on the console should be affecting Nintendont except a bad IOS58. If the ISOs match then it's likely a hardware issue somewhere.

I attached the new syscheck after the modmii reinstallation, it seems there was something wrong about NAND access in some IOSes. I made the grave error to use PimpMyWii which crippled my Wii it seems.

It probably crashed because it couldn't download the dat file, that's why I attached it to the post.
