what do you even mean install the games? there is no installs on nintendont.

Yes, I am aware, what I did was load USB Loader GX and try to rip one of my games, Star Wars: The Clone wars for GC, in order to try and see where it would deposit it (as I used nintendon't for loading GC) but that gave me error.

Sounds like it's corrupted. I'd hook it up to any PC (or VM) running windows and run disk-check on it. Either way, I hope you regularly backup your save data.

No, it is not corrupted, all my data is intact, I checked via USB loader GX and that one will load the wii games, no GC games tho, HDD sentinel says the health of the drive is pefect.

It might've been because I used Acronis true image to create a backup of my old 500 gb HDD disk of my PC that is dying.

your wii backups are on an ntsc partition?
Also you should rip games in usbloader gx use the homebrew app dedicated to it called cleanrip, afaik i ripped some of my gc games to usb with cleanrip no idea about usbloader gx default.

Did you try CleanRip? I agree with TecXero, though... it sounds like the drive got corrupted.

No, Fat 32.

Got it, but I haven't tested it, USBloader GX has never really given me issues before though, I am backing up all games, it's going to take a couple of hours via firewire.

if gc games dont appear on the drive your sure you got the right path?

usb:games/anyname/game.iso?

Just use an SD card if it's just GC games. Also, adding to what pedro702 just mentioned, make sure something didn't inadvertently turn off the GC filter in USB Loader GX. It's the icon that looks like a NES console on the toolbar.

Yep:

and if the drive was corrupted, how I am still able to load app's from the same partition?

HBC is corrupting my SD cards, literally so I am resorting to USB loading.

I don't have two or three GC games, I have over a hundred GC games in my collection, my biggest SD card is 16 gb.

Moreover, I have it so it shows all the wii, GC and installed channels (USB loader GX that is) and GX does loads the wii games, its only the GC games that it won't load.

Last edited by Duncan Idaho,
try using nintendont directly from the homebrew channel, if nintendont works directly then something in usbloader gx its off.

Did that too, nintendon't says there is no games folder (first thing that I did as a matter of fact, then I tried ripping Star Wars via USB loaderGX )

delete nintendont config file from your usb device and get many a new nintendont dol.

I got the latest .dol from the first post (github page, the one that says loader.dol and then change its name to boot.dol) I'll try removing the nintendon't config file once I finish backing up the files (it's about 325 GB, 371 files to be exact)

I need help for GBA-Link support. I am playing Megaman X Command Mission. I start use Treasure Radar and it said error connection. But I am using gba-link to my Wii. So why it is not working?
Maybe I miss something in setting? Because I never check the setting.

I am using this kind.

Go to the OP and read about the "Native Controllers" option.

@Duncan Idaho No, I mean use an SD to dump the games with CleanRip. You only need a 2GB card to do that for Gamecube games or 8GB+ for Wii ones. You can keep them backed up on your computer and know they're good copies in case you need to replace them on your Wii drive.

That's really strange that the Homebrew channel is affecting your SD cards. What brand and type are you using and did you modify your IOS58?

Good news is that nintendon't loads again GC games after I erased the config file.

USBloader GX still won't display GC games, so I'll be posting there, fixed that too, it was an issue of paths on usbloader GX, it was searching for the games on SD.

As for your question, well, IOS 58 is modded, and the micro SD's+adaptors are all Kingston.

hmm, does any one knows where I can get an app to make it so that when I turn the wii on what launches is the bootmii or HBC? sorry for the off topic question.

Si yeah, I just did a HID controller test with the Mayflash N64 Controller Adapter. The values changes for all the buttons which makes it compatible.
However, it doesn't work in Nintendont.

What do I need to do to make it work in Nintendont?
Thanks.

My Black Classic Controller Pro is not working properly with Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. When I move the stick down I go up instead unless I lightly tap down. Might this be a problem with the controller or Nintendont? It's imported as well and I also launch Nintendont from USB Loader GX

Ordered from CHUANGLING TRADING CO,LTD

EDIT: Decided to test my Classic Controller Pro on Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn loaded up from USB Loader GX and the controller seems to be working fine. Doesn't seem to be the controller.

That may be your problem with corrupted cards, then. There's nothing that needs IOS58 patched and it could affect apps that rely on it like CleanRip, Nintendont, etc...

Priiloader will do what you want with booting.

As far as I know, it's a known issue with Pokémon XD. It even happens in Pokémon Colosseum but not to the extent it happens in XD. It's not even isolated to the Classic Controller Pro. It happens with my official Wii U Pro controller.
