Not exactly. While the GC is native 16:11.2, most games for it are 4:3. Most 1st party games seem to be the exceptions and are native 16:11.2 though.

That would require a game-by-game patch, or at least different patches for numerous group of games.
Do you know how swiss patching system works? Is it dynamic?

Any particular reason Nintendo chose this weird aspect ratio? I mean, 16:11.2? Why 11.2?

It was actually a smart move at the time. Televisions back then would stretch & over-scan so stuff would get cut off the ends. This way, at least the left and right side of the screen were left mostly intact.

I have no idea. A dev or someone more experienced would have to check it out

I completely forgot that CRT TVs would overscan. I wonder why my one HDTV does that too.

I not trying to come of as a dbag responding this way- I'm having a hell of a time responding through my phone.

Go to website
Download Loader
Download Meta
Create nintendont folder SD
(Apps folder)
Place all files in Nintendont app
Check Meta for <abh_access/>
Insert SD into console
Launch Homebrew
Load Nintendont

To anyone who hates themselves like me and has tried getting 100% in Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly, have any of you ran into crashing issues when going through a portal to a new area? It seems random, but powering down and trying again usually seems to work. However, it seems whenever I try to go through the portal in Jurassic Jungle (the one that leads to the lava slide minigame), Nintendont will lock up every single time (and I've tried up to six or more times... exact same results). It's not the ISO I made, as I went through the portal while playing on the disc on an actual Gamecube and the game loads just fine. And, as blasphemous as it is to mention this name here, it even loads perfectly fine in Devolution, too.

Some info; tried this on both a Wii and Wii U via an SD card. I believe the revision is whatever was present when I hit "update" this morning (roughly about eight hours ago... and yeah, the older revision I was using before I updated, which was a good three months old or so, did the same thing). Let me know if I need to provide any more info.

You need to post your memory card for FIX94 to test
