How do i play Mario Kart GP on nintendont, is there something i need? when I try to load it it has a black screen. I have the triforce Bios but nothings happening

Now when I try to load Nintendont through the Homebrew Channel it gives me a black screen :(
thats issues on your end because the homebrew code app hasnt changed at all.Like if your on wiiu you need a y cable for an hdd that isnt self powered, or broken or corrupted nintendont dol.

I already fixed it! Seems like the loader.dol was corrupt! I just got a new one and now it loads properly!

whats up with the progressive? lol every game that supports progressive will ask for it i dont see what is your problem with it, the forced progressive setting doesnt change this even if you use force progressive on games that dont naturaly support it, the message wont appear becuase the game doesnt have that message, if that message appeared its becuase the game supported progress naturaly being forced or not.

The message only appears if the game naturaly forced progressive see here, nothing to do with nintendont.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Nintendo_GameCube_games_with_480p_and_16:9_support

Same here, I don't get the "force progressive scan", it seems the option pop-up upon game booting regardless it being forced. In real hardware you hold the B button before starting the game and the option appears.

the forced progressive is for the games that dont support progressive. But if the game supports it the message will appear regardless if its forced or not.

In my experience, I only get black screen when forcing progressive scan on unsupported games, not tested many games though.

most ntsc games work fine with forced with some exceptions here and there, but yeah you dont need to force the setting if a game naturaly supports it.

Force progressive works fine for me. I use it on the TY trilogy since they don't have native progressive.

Just tested CvsSNK2 yesterday and it black screened, will test another games, I don't have many GameCube games now, I've been updated them to Wii/Wii U versions (Pikmin 2, Wind Waker, Resident Evils)

Guys, do you know maybe if any other homebrew app for Wii is going to implement HID gamepads support the way nintendon't did?

As it's open source it should be possible for coders.

The best way would be to implement it into something very basic that would offer such possibility to the whole Wii software(replacing GC gamepads with HID ones) but I doubt we will see it happen.

so I finally found a workaround for this last stupid sonic game, all you should notice as enduser is that it now takes a little bit longer to load everything, better safe than sorry:
-added wait patch for sonic riders so on loading screens the game doesnt try to copy non-loaded files, should fix the game crashing at random file loads

Well the reason HID controllers were programmed into Nintendont was because crediar didn't feel like coding bluetooth at the time. Most apps are aimed at Wiis with gamecube ports so you can always use a gamecube controller. Not possible here (unless you got an adapter)

You can port it if you want

I don't use a HDD
why did you changed sonic gems to issues on 309? did you actualy tryed the game on 309? ppl confirmed the game worked fine specialy sonic r where 2 ppl made a full playtrough on it so just asking if you actualy tryed sonic gems on 309 and not on 308 or lower sine your other commits were from revs 305 and 306 i bet you werent using 309 at all...

you shoudlnt go around changing the compat list without saying stuff first like this one
Need for Speed: Most Wanted USA
notes = 2P mode doesn't allow Player 2 to press START when selecting player order

on most games only the P1 can press the start button its the most common thing.. its not a bug at all most games only allow player one to begin the multiplayer games but i guess you havent done much multiplayer.
