Cannot get the bios files to run no matter if I put them on the root my USB HDD (where my games are stored) or on the root of my SD Card (just to try). I am using a version of Nintendont that is running on U-Stealth with the hidden drive? Anybody else running Nintendont like this without problems or could this be what is stopping the bios files from being recognised?

We're gonna need quite a bit more information that that, bud. List your setup

Do you have Emulated Memory Card on? I remember the bios files not running and black screening with Emulated Memory Card off. Also, make sure they're named properly.

so I tried segaboot yesterday, one of the triforce firmwares and turns out it works just fine, maybe that could be a possible ipl used for triforce games, I dont know yet:

Where can I find SegaBoot gcm? not triforce BIOS.
I had look around on the net and all I found was that

fpr21042_m29w160et.bin contains the following .xbe files
SegaBoot Ver.2.00.0 Build:Feb 7 2003 12:28:30
SegaBoot Ver.2.13.0 Build:Mar 3 2005 17:03:15
are these actually gcms? pardon my ignorance.

other known versions
SegaBoot Ver.1.02.2 Build:Jul 19 2002 00:02:33
SegaBoot Ver.1.07.0 Build:Sep 26 2002 22:09:53
SegaBoot Ver.2.02.0 Build:Apr 17 2003 14:51:15
SegaBoot Ver.2.03.0 Build:Apr 17 2003 14:51:15
SegaBoot Ver.2.14.0 Build:Sep 8 2003 15:12:38
SegaBoot Ver.2.15.0 Build:Sep 8 2003 15:12:38

I was trying to get triforce BIOS start in Nintendon't with no success , maybe I have the wrong BIOS ? and if so which one I have to use ? I tried both virtua striker 4 and mario kart arcade GP 2. It is just curious that in MKAGP2, in Nintendon't 2.284, has that awful announcer talking all the time during the race... in previous Nintendon't builds doesn't happen , there is a way to turn off that awful voice ??

Hello all.

Just been updating some homebrew apps and also updated Nintendont to the latest version. I have certainly got Memory Card Emulation set to 'ON' and have checked the bios file names but still having no luck so far unfortunately.

EDIT: I have got them working. I had named the files '.bin' when this was not required as they are just needed as '.bin' files without being named that way as I thought they were supposed to be. Thanks!

Try the following as a cheat code, I just changed the 80 to 04 so it conforms to gecko and action replays 32-bit write.
Disable Commentary

Hey there people, need some help. My isos are from cleanrip and worked fine in Devolution. I'm trying to switch to Nintendont so that I can just use my Wii U and won't even need my Wii anymore, also no stupid antipiracy. So I get everything set up, Nintendont seems to be working fine but then it freezes at initializing DI. I named it game.iso just like I was supposed to. Wii games boot fine. Any suggestions? Is it my hard drive? The CIOS? Am I screwed? Thanks for the help.

Then I'll give a try. I only found it is strange that before I was playing with MKAGP2 without commentary in previous Nintendon't builds without using cheat codes.

It is probably your hard drive. You might want to try nintendont v2.229 and see if it works.

You can extract the Triforce BIOS from the Virtua Striker 4 iso. I used GameCube Rebuilder version 1.0 to extract it

I tried the triforce bios. It works perfectly with Mario Kart GP 2. However, only the A button works in Mario Kart GP 1 when booting from the bios. Also, my VS42006 iso always displays the JVS I/O not connected to main board, regardless of the bios setting, and it displays a black screen when used with the progressive patch. I verified the ISO with the md5's in the Quadforce thread

However, only the A button works in Mario Kart GP 1 when booting from the bios.

I have this issue as well, but it has nothing to do with the BIOS. Try exiting and re-booting the game a few times and it should work. For me the first time never works and the second almost always does

I've correctly extracted segaboot.img1 from virtua striker 4 and now all it works correctly. Nintedon't is becoming an excellent piece of software.

Tried the new Triforce bios support. Virtua Striker 4 Ver. 2006 works fine, though F-Zero AX brings up a black screen on boot. Removing the bios makes the game work again, so I guess there are still a few quirks.

It's a start, though!
