Anyone else notice the text in Melee goes outside the box when using widescreen? This can be seen in when unlocking something and on the results screen.

Don't use the built in Widescreen mode, there's a cheat code that does it without graphical glitches.

i understand you are trying to help me but you still don't understand me... you said : "it doesnt hurt get a new download and try again" my simple reply could have be "i live in cameroon"
Because even if i choose to download a backup (that i have the original disc of course) it is going to take my an eternity with our usual wideband (1.4Gb takes 1week in my condition:afterwork download, computer could be left working all night long but electricity shutdown are so frequent), and even if internet-center with highspeed connectivity exits the prices just take me back to the starting point.

And i repeat: my backup are really fine on my 8Gb flashdrive my only pain is my dios mios hdd incompatibility.....but is fine i just wish my sunday hdd crash with nintendon't doesn't happe anymore

No one else can help. You either need to re-download of re-rip. If you really want to make sure run a md5 on the game iso and then use gametdb and search the game and look at the md5, if they match you really shouldn't have issues especially if it's 1:1 iso. If it's not matching more than likely the iso will have issues. I'd also recommend Defragging the HDD as well.

I mean for me I have one issue with Dios Mios to which I assume is just a part of the emulator, it just randomly freezes or crashes. Nintendont has it's own issues too.

I just redownloaded both Mario Kart GP and GP2 from my backup computer into my HDD, and they both worked good since the first time I booted them up. :D
Only thing is that GP2 sometimes lags a little bit but that's it, nothing else worth noting.

Quite an impresive milestone, you guys are reaching the 100% compatibility here!

37 games have issues out of 757 from the compatibility list in total! (This means either orange or red marked games in the list)
With the proper calculations...

We have a 95.1123% compatibility with Nintendont!
:D

The only big/popular titles that still have issues are RE Zero and a pair of Sonic games from what I could see.
It is really awesome!

I did notice that some of the green games don't work with HID but do with Bluetooth. I would count those in the red/orange pile. Then there are some games that work fine on a GC Wii but not other Wii's or Wii U. Until those games work fine with both HID and Bluetooth and on all consoles they shouldn't be green.

Have problems with Geist NTSCU, upon game boot an error

"AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED, TURN THE
POWER OFF AND REFER TO THE NINTENDO
GAMECUBE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET FOR
FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS"

appears on screen, I compared my md5 against gameTDB md5, they are the same...

Code:
Geist gameTDB md5: e6519bc68b09b9587d2a0b62514a4f19
Geist my iso md5: E6519BC68B09B9587D2A0B62514A4F19

Using full iso
nintendont 2.256 (Wii U)

Should I edit in the compatibility list? Can somebody test it?

EDIT: It only happens with HID is enabled...

That's why I said big/popular. :P
I know those are yet to be fixed. THere are 3 not working right?
The only ones worthy of fixing are the Legends ones. They are pretty well made RPGs that served as a foundation basis for the Marvel Alliance games. They play like a mix between Champions of Norrath and a Power Stone clone. Really good games.

For me it's a freeze and a long loud beep on the loading screen

like it was told hid now has several issues with random games until that is fixed hid controllers should be avoided when your having doubts if the game works or not.

preety sure hid crashes on most games that use audiostreaming mostly since so far every game reported not working with hid ON is an audiostreaming game

if your game is on this list and its crashing when hid is ON,its due to the hid plus audiostreaming issues

Negatory. Playing Starfox Adventures with the adapter, all is well. Dream Mix TV also works. Just tried Bloody Roar. Started by using bluetooth, then quit a match and went over to hid. So it only freaked out when the hid controller was actually used. Weird shit.

Indeed it is awesome.
You are also forgetting some pretty important games (sonic droll aside) like:
  • Smugglers' Run
  • Hitman 2 (runs 1.5X in game, tried PAL & NTSC full isos)
  • PoP Warrior Within ("unbeatable" enemies)
  • Xmen Legends 1 & 2
  • GUN
  • Virtua Striker 4 v.2006
