I'm using this seagate 2tb drive and it's working perfectly still

Mine is a slightly different HDD but im starting to believe that the problem relies on having multiple partitions...

It's not advised to have multiple partitions, they all need to be FAT32.

Since this thread is mostly up to date, anyone know which source is the latest of USB Loader GX? Trying to get it to work with Nintendont but it doesn't see the titles or the application on the vWii.

Advised or not, my current setup worked prior to rev 230. Besides this, fix94 stated that this modification allowed nintendont to use ios58. I have other homebrew apps which rely on ios58 for usb controllers and none of them showed problems like this.

-corrected iso reading and cache syncing to properly work with games which read alot of data with one call like luigis mansion

A heads up.

I edited the compatibility list for the RE titles.
I changed RE Zero to red because the freezing is constant and at the same place, making the game unbeatable, and I changed both REmake and CV to yellow because the freezes are random.

so, i know its not recommended, but i just want to know if it would be possible to dual format an hdd having the primary partition formatted for wii u usage and then have the second formatted fat32 to be used with homebrew and what not and have it still work reasonably well?

it's not just not recommended. It's not possible since wii u format doesnt use partitions but replaces the whole disk, including partition tables

edit: the only option is to have two separate disks and uStealth the wii one. you will still need a recompiled nintendont version, though, addin uStealth compatibility. there may be someone providing precompiled versions in their sig iirc

with previous versions you also had to unplug the wiiU drive to play nintendont because the kernel and loader looked at the usb ports in different orders but perhaps that issue is fixed in this latest version. I haven't tried it yet

you can beat re0 if you use native on but you need a wii with gc ports so i wouldnt put it red but yellow since the game works perfectly except for that exact place.

Is there an easy way to reconfigure Classic controllers? I need to swap X and Y for double dash because fire weapon is Y but its direct opposite from A.

pressing minues switch all 4 buttons around but im not sure you will like where the A is and such try it.

Does it swap both set at the same time? That'd still put them across each other, you need them adjacent unless you want a really awkward position trying to drive and fire.

only hid devices get a custom config everything else is hardcoded.
