I have a 2 part question

1) can there be an option in nintendont to use stealth mode for the hdd? Something you can enable/disable in the settings.

2) is it possible to create an homebrew app that can patch a drive to stealth it or unstealth it directly from the app?

I can go through the reasons and the scenarios but it would make this post a bit excessive.

If you need more clarification let me know.

Thanks,

Uh?
what do you mean?
USB support has been included since the very early revisions and it is still working :S

when i try to launch a game from usb loader gx on todays revision of nintendont i get an error message that says: "this nintendont version does not support games on usb"

that is usbloader gx issue just launch nintendont directly from homebrew channel and see the diference.

version detection is brocken, so it thinks usb isn't implemented. Wait for a new usb loader gx update. Just use nintendont directly from the homebrew channel for now.

USB Loader GX has been reported to not be working with the latest revisions of Nintendont, I think from 2.197 and up it doesn't work.
It is USB Loader GX fault, not Nintendont.
Try the standalone Nintendont from HBC and it should work.

ill do that but how can it be usb loader fault if i run the same version that worked 2 days ago and the only thing that i updated is nintendont then by default something is broken in nintendont.

If you want to load nintendont using an usb loader with covers interface while usb loader gx gets updated; grab the latest version of CFG Usb Loader. Links on my signature.

something in nintendont changed, which moved its version string to an other location in binary, which usb loader gx read from. Just wait for an update ;) Cyan is investigating to fix the problem.

r190 or a bit earlier broke GC pad support in F-Zero AX. I'm getting Error 12 "JVS I/O board does not fulfill.. blah blah." if GC pad is plugged in. Game starts with classic controller though, but problem is - i have really cheap fake classic controller which works like a crap and it's quite hard to find new or at least working classic controller these days - out of stock in all stores, only wiimotes and nunchuks available and eBay is full of fakes and broken stuff and usually it's the broken electronic parts impossible to repair.
Ok i've worked out the errorJVS I/O blar blar blar just re-load but dont change any settings or remove any pads ect....If you want to play with classic controller it must be plugged before you the load the game. If you want to play with gc controller, take battery out of wii mote and us gc controller to start game. Ive just got it working with both controllers 2.207

Edit: scrap that remove battery trick, it still works regardless. Just dont change any settings or pad/controller combinations. Everything must be identical on second load

I know it is annoying that I keep asking about memory card support but do you guys think it possible to port devolutions real memory card support? I heard that it had very good memory card support.

Yes but it is not very good. My memory card won't work with it unless I format it to nintendont format and never use it on anything else.
that is your problem then it works fine for everyone else i used mine on dm and nintendont without any issues but mine is official, and no we cant port anything from devo since its not open source.

backup the memory card as raw using gcmm(Keep a master copy somewhere in case this doesn't work)
format to nintendont format, backup to raw again
load up the raw images in dolphin gc memory card manger
transfer the save images from the first backup to the nintendont formatted backup. After your done transfer the raw image to the memory card and it should start working.
