I got it fixed, for those who have issues using real memory card with Nintendont here's how to fix it:

-Install GCMM on your SD card http://wiibrew.org/wiki/GCMM
-Download Dolphin emulator http://www.dolphin-emulator.com/download.html
-Using GCMM make a "raw" back up of your Memory Card (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
-Format your Memory Card with GCMM (it uses the correct format used by Nintendont apparently)
-Now make another back up with your formatted Memory Card (better rename the first one to find it)
-Open Dolphin then go to "Tools > Memory Card Manager" another box will appear
-Open the old raw backup in one window and the new one in another, make sure to transfer every save you have from your old dump to the new one
-Copy the new raw dump to your SD then install with GCMM

Hope this helps, can anyone confirm?

Added to compatibility to list;

RED = Italian Job, 2.194, v4, 333 MB, Widescreen Y, 480p, N, Freezes at menu screen. Interestingly, this game works for me fine on DM(L) despite it being reported not to on the DM(L) list.

Very helpful, thanks. But I can use my real emu card with Nintendon't. That isn't the issue i'm having. The issue Im having is with wiiflow to turn mcemu off.

Hey, guys. I have my 2009 PAL Wii (Family edition or smth) which doesn't have any ports for GameCube Controllers and MemCards. So I tested my Logitech Rumblepad 2 gamepad via HIDTest and successfully configured it (here's ini file btw). Now, with that step done I ran Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex game and started playing. But the game crashes after I finish any 3 levels (doesn't matter which levels). It just stops downloading data from usb device (my HDD has activity indicator). I use latest version of Nintendont and NTSC version of the game compressed with DiscEX (-c mode) and emulated MemCard of course (that damn new Wii type). So, problem could happen cuz of every thing. I have no idea from there I should start to fix this problem.
My HDD is Seagate 250 GB FAT32 with 32kB cluster size.

I've tested this game for you. I finished 4 levels and no problems. Also, my copy is compressed. Try your SD card? If that is working, it must be sleepy HD

Wait, PSO works now??!

2.194 GreyRogue added compat for PSO 1&2 Plus version only (gotta be PLUS)
It black screens for me still, not 100% sure this is the plus version I have now, can't find the case and nintendont says only PSO 1 and 2, doesn't say plus.

Can someone confirm Nintendont says Phantasy Star Online I&2 or does it say PLUS.
(Not using title.txt)

ypu wont be able to play it on a wiiu the game needs a memory card or doesnt start it says it really needs a memory card so while mcemu doesnt work for it no one can play it besides the wii's with gc doors.

incorrect
I standing by my original post. Ive tested it several games. Turning NMM on/off in wiiflow has no effect on mcemu in Nintendont and this is why PSO+ is not working for you in WiiFlow as mcemu can not be turned off with this loader. NMM is a dios mios feature.

Edit. Apologies you where right. Ive got it working now using the mastermod. Cant explain why it wouldnt work for me before.

My 251 blocks memory card does not work with nintendont but my siblings 32 mb memory card works. Why doesn't my memory card work with it. All of my games say "Your memory card is damaged or corrupted"

PSO+ works for me on 2.194 using WiiU but yeh gotta have memcard Emu off and of course that will make the game not playable on a WiiU, Wii is fine with real card though.
So yeh I do have Plus as I thought but yeh Memcard emu needs fixing for this game haha.

Thanks again to GreyRogue for making it boot.

So PSO only works on the original Wii since it NEEDS to save to play? Sucks for us Wii U users

It probably uses a special kind of save like Colosseum and Billy Hatcher do
