I still wonder why Nintendont can play the PAL version of a game but not the NTSC version of the same game or vice versa? I only have access to NTSC GameCube games to rip and have no way of getting the PAL version if only the PAL version works.
I wonder if the mcemu issue with PSO+ is similar to why Pokémon Colosseum only worked with real memory cards at first.
WiiFlow does have an option to turn off the Nintendont mcemu as I almost always forget to turn it on when I install a new game and therefore receive an error that I have no memory card inserted. Using 1075 mod. I also usually forget to turn off the USB controller option too.
Wiiflow has TWO memory card emu options. One is "NMM" for Nintendont and the other says "Devolution Memcard Emulator.

I know Pokémon Collosseum's save file gets locked to the individual memory card and cannot be copied to another card even using GCMM as then the game will report the save is corrupted. Some Wii users wont's be able to play either as not all Wii's have the GameCube memory slots. So PSO only works on the original Wii since it NEEDS to save to play? Sucks for us Wii U users
It probably uses a special kind of save like Colosseum and Billy Hatcher do
