Using start held would cause even more problems for the mayflash gamecube to wiimote adapter.
(R + Z + Start) and (R + Z + B + D-Pad Down) has been used sence DML. Someone wanting to hit random buttons is no reason to change it. If it confilcts with one game a solution may be to disable the seaquence for that one game.
Why? As far as I know, Start is never used in-game for any button combinations.

Anyway, the current setup doesn't use R+Z+Start. It uses R+Z+B.

remenber guys it needs to be the plus version the normal version still reboots the console i tested that already

I will test tonight and please post a link to send you donations ;)
I'm more interested in getting Nintendont to work better than I am in getting donations right now.
If you'd like to donate something to me, please donate to one of the other devs in my place.

Time off from work means I had some time to work on this.
I was originally working on 007 Nightfire, but FIX fixed that one, so I had to find something else to work on.

v2.194
Fixes for PSO 1&2 Plus
-Move access from 0x80001800 to 0x931C0000
-Apply dol entry mod after switch.prs extraction to dol
-Don't mod psov3.dol entry point. Used after DVD load. Patch entry hack.

Notes:
Just because your game works with DIOS MIOS, Dolphin or whatever, doesn't mean the ISO is correct. Rerip your disc and verify with hashes.
This probably only fixes PSO 1&2 Plus. It's the only one I own, so that's the one I fixed/tested.
I only tested this with Native on and MemcardEmu off.
I got as far as the time screen and then nothin. Video signal lost.

2.194 uses R+Z+Start (0x1030) for all 3 controller types
The issue at hand isn't the game reset combo(R+Z+Start) but the return to loader combo (R+Z+B+Down)

native has nothing to do with memory card, it has been said lots of times

native is only gc ports

mcemu on emulates the memory card while mcemu off reads the real card.
Well I fixed my problem with my memory card. But the gamecube microphone uses the memory card slots not gc ports so how does it detect the microphone? (n00b question)

microphone doesnt work on dm so it shouldnt work on nintendont it probably needs some special stuff considering dm has native gc ports and memory cards and still doesnt work there as far as i know.

so from my testing phantasy star online ep 1 and 2 plus only works with mcemu off with mcemu on it doesnt start for me.

Maybe this is why:

Actually it does work I tested it with Mario party 7 but you have to plug it in after nintendont boots the game not before otherwise you will get "loading kernel -1"
