You probably can use it with your current HBC, but it'd require editing the meta.xml file since ahb_access wasn't added until newer HBCs like I said. It'd be easier (well, this is subjective, but meh; in my opinion it's easier to just push a button or two and update straight away than to trudge through an XML file) to just update, and enjoy the bug fixes that the newer versions brought ( http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Homebrew_Channel has a changelog, but I don't think it's complete; it's missing the wifi fix and a few others, iirc ).

Anyway, it should work no matter which route you pick.

I updated it and it seems to be working.

what do I need to remove/add to gc.cpp?

edit: never mind I fixed it now
here's the WF 1075 mod for 135+
Standard version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/j7mwahmptydt0z1/boot.dol
HID Always "ON" for old Wii with GC controllers: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fc2umaffgv58tud/WiiFlow_4.2.2_beta_rev1075_mod_HID_On.rar

edit2: anyone has GX and CFG working with 135+?

Not autobooting here. Using standard version brings me to select SD or USB. Using HID always on version says plug in top usb port! I'm using a Wii with gamecube ports.

using 1.140 for nintendont

weird! o_O I tested both and both worked fine on my old white wii using both gc or ps3 controllers
did u delete nincfg.bin from the root of the device?
ps: I'm using 139 from this site: http://homebrew.svalas.net/nintendont/

Yes, I replaced the boot.dol in wiiflow folder, load wiiflow from HBC. delete nincfg and meta.xml from sd and USB. clean launch, and the results i listed. can you try using 1.140?

I can confirm F-Zero GX works perfectly now, no freezes in any story mode chapter. Also Majora's Mask beaver races beaten with 40 seconds to spare now that the timer is fixed. One issue though: r140 does not support autoboot from USB Loader GX r.1230 (or USBLGX doesn't yet support autoboot for Nintendont r140). P.S. Has anyone gotten Micro Machines or Spartan Total Warrior to work?

I know this must be at least the 3rd time I've said it in this topic, but my god, that compatibility list is amazing, pretty sure at this point its better than Dios Mios. Seems to me that just about any game will ultimately work with this thing. I could be wrong, but to see where this compatibility list once was to where it is now is astounding. Good job everyone working on this, you guys are fantastic.

FIX94 and GreyRogue:

There's still something odd about the latest version of nintendont.
It works pretty well, when you boot a game, in the last line the dots are replaced by green lines:
g5eze79m.jpg
This occurs since v1.137. Unfortunately I don't have the time to check what exactly is causing it. But since the changes from v1.137 are almost all reverted in the last revision, it shouldn't be too hard to find it.

What
Naaahhhh, please don't get smart. The reason I don't write here often is because I read more and write less - but this doesn't mean I'm newbie. I've set up nintendont perfectly. Moreover, you should also read the "changes" in the source more often. You'd see there that bongos are almost supported with r131. So, why not memcards?

The reason I offered to donate memcards, is because I want nintendont to be perfect one day, with triforce, memcard support, audio streaming, original GC peripherals support etc.
I never insinuated you were noob, I just found funny the way u asked the question, not the topic. It literally made me laugh with the how many memcards it would take to get corrupted thing.

Anyway I read this thread on the daily and always follow up on source changes and look at code, so I'm not putting together what the bongo fix has to do with memcards. For now it's not a priority, second it's difficult, and third I have a feeling it's just not something the devs want to work on right now anyway.

I also noticed it but it's fixed already in v1.138(I think) and v1.140 doesn't have it either.

EDIT: Whoops it is still there. Would you believe it doesn't happen when loading Animal Crossing? Because that seems to be the case.

I get the same thing.
