Hi, I downloaded Mario Kart Arcade GP and I don't know how to play it. When extract it, appear 7 files with a weird name (ic1_k9f1208u0b, ic2_k9f1208u0b...) and I don't know what I should to do with them.

This isn't really the place you should ask that kind of stuff, it's against the rules. Just use google.

It needs to be in .iso format

You cant ask for downloads or post links to isos or roms. The posts will just be hidden.

What file ending do they have? If they have one, search for it. Just hope its just a rar file inside a rar file, instead of getting something you need to convert into iso.

He probably just extracted the iso and got the files that were inside. That kind of thing usually happens when they don't know what they're doing or have the extensions hidden in the explorer.

Those files are for use in MAME. The ISO actually has recognizable filenames like a normal GameCube game.

I hate to be "that guy" but I am having issues with my Ps3 controller. It is official and I am using the ps3 controller.ini renamed to "controller.ini" and it is on my root of SD and HDD to avoid confusion. When entering almost any game I have no controls. SMS, Paper Mario, and a few others I can't think of. I am using rev 80 (just DL'ed today at 6:00 Pacific time) I am using this on vWii.

Games are all in the right place, everything seems legit but still have no controls. If you need other info let me know and I will answer all questions.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but is the PS3 controller plugged in via usb to the back usb slot beneath your hard drive? And beyond that, when the game starts, do you push the Playstation button on the controller? If you're doing both of those and the controller still isn't working, I don't know what to tell you.

Not a stupid question, I forgot to mention that, Yes the USB cable is plugged into the bottom port in the back under the HDD cable, and yes I tried pressing the PS button, but all it does is exit the game back to Nintendont.

When I start any game it is ok, but right as the game starts, I press the PS button and it loads back to the HBC. Is the PS button supposed to exit?

Edit: by "it is ok" I mean the games start, Nintendont loader is fine, no issues during boot. I have a few games that just stop the start up cut scenes, but the ones that do load just sit there because I can't do anything on the controller.

all of my games, even zelda windwaker. My hdd is formater in fat32 32k per sector, and worked just fine in previous revisions.

Never even seen the screen once out of all the games I have tested on usb.

It is my hdd maybe it is strange, all my other devices (sd card, generic usb stick, sd to usb adaptor) never did it to me before.

The only problem I have on my 2TB drive is that occasionally it freezes on checking fs. Just usb drives being strange I guess.

Mine pass that screen, goes ingame, and while it loads a new screen (even in zelda) it got stuck in an error screen. Reset combo to return in hbc still works.

Did you delete your nincfg.bin?

I did, same result.
I am going to stay with sdcard for now. a bit slower, but it never bugs for me.
