cache.txt and in the folder of the game
Yeah, that is what I have been doing. Actually, on 1.38, without the cache files, an error comes up telling me to "reset the gamecube system" The old R85 still works almost perfectly despite insane loading times. Does anyone have any of the newer versions with caching working with SMS?

So it no longer has the random lockups?

it has locked up one time on me but i was using a cache.txt file, I have been playing it for the last 30 min. without the cache.txt it has not locked up yet
So what are all the cache files doing? Do we need one for each game we have, do we need to name them to fit the game ID? Do we absolutely have to use them? I'm only curious as the access time on SD doesn't bother me that much.
Well, I guess the cache.txt is a list of files to be copied in ram before execution. So what are all the cache files doing? Where are the Memory Card files located if I am playing through a USB?
EDIT: Nevermind, found them in USB:/saves/
I am trying to pass some of my gci/gcs files to the RAW format used in Nintendon't but I can't find a way to do it. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Do I have to do it through Dolphin?
Also, I will try to put manually a memory card for the games that do not create it nor detect it just to see what happens. (Chaos Theory and Pokemon Colosseum i.e.)
I have a 1GB SD Card (just 968MB) i can't play any game, unless any iso game is compressed, but still being 1 GB..
I don't have more devices.. just the SD using for homebrew apps and HDD for games (doesn't work anymore)
USB Kingston or Sandisk flash drive doesn't need Y-USB Cable? someone tested Nintendont with USB flash drive and no problem...Go online and buy a USB drive. You can probably get one for a few dollars or maybe even for free.

For me: 160gb is enough. So, it's too expensive and I don't have enough money :'cI got a 2tb hdd for about $100 locally. Works perfect for Nintendont. I'm not sure if that's possible for you.
